SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING

For customers in Asia, Ameratec is pleased to offer free shipping. For all other regions, the Ameratec store quotes shipping rates through Easyship, a weight-based software that gathers shipping rates from major shipping carriers to present the most competitive rates for buyers to select from. We meticulously review rates supplied by our logistics affiliates to guarantee we’re delivering unparalleled value to our international clientele.

Handling time typically ranges from 1-2 days, and transit times vary from 2-7 days, contingent on the recipient’s location. If orders are not dispatched within 3 days of placement, they will be automatically canceled and the amount refunded.

Customers are LIABLE for any import duties and taxes. They must also provide all pertinent import documentation as mandated by the courier service.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Once an order is dispatched, a shipment tracking number will be forwarded to the buyer’s email 1 day post-shipment. This tracking number ensures end-to-end visibility, from its initial handoff to the carrier up to its delivery.

 

RETURN POLICY

We appreciate your business. If you’re not entirely content with your acquisition, you may return the item for a complete refund, store credit, or an exchange. For more insights on our return policy, read below.

ORDER CANCELLATION

For cancellations, only orders yet to be collected by the courier are eligible. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled and will have to undergo the standard return procedure.

RETURNS

Customers can return products within 30 days from the purchase date. All returns should be in pristine, untouched condition, complete with all the original tags and labels.

For purchases that benefitted from free shipping (specifically to Asia), any returns not attributed to product defects or receiving an incorrect item will have the shipping expenses deducted from the refund amount.

METHOD OF REFUND

All refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the initial purchase.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

For returning an item, get in touch with our customer support (details provided below). Share your order number and the reason for the return.

Our customer service will share a return address. Securely repack the item in its original packaging. Please note that the CUSTOMER bears all costs related to return shipping and any duties.

REFUNDS

Upon receiving your returned item and after its condition is verified, we will initiate the refund process. Allow up to 3 days post the receipt of your product to finalize your refund.

EXCEPTIONS

For items received damaged or if there’s been an error in the item sent, kindly reach out to our customer service number provided below for a refund or exchange arrangement.
