I can’t find some products under one of the brands in the shop.
The shop only includes products we stock in our warehouses, but we have access to all SKUs under any of the brands we represent. Contact us and we will furnish you a quote.
Can I pick up the order?
Yes, when ordering in our shop, upon check out, the option to Pick Up the order will be available.
What happens if my order is stuck in customs?
Ameratec is not responsible for customs clearance or any import duty charges. Our responsibility is to ship the order and provide all documents required for importation only. It is the customer’s duty to work with the courier to clear customs and pay any import duty levied.
Are returns allowed?
Returns are generally allowed, unless otherwise specified. The customer will be responsible in the cost of returning the product to our warehouse, and the packaging need to be in mint (for resale) condition. Ameratec reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
What are the shipping terms?
For local orders in Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China, it is free shipping. For international orders, our e-commerce system will compare and provide the best shipping rates for our customers to choose from. The international shipping terms are DDU, where the seller is responsible for ensuring the goods arrive safely to a destination; the buyer is responsible for import duties.
